PRIVACY NOTICE (KVKK)
This notice has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data by Specter Medya ("Data Controller") in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Specter Medya acting as data controller, within the scope described below. You may use the e-mail address at the bottom of this page for contact.
2. Personal Data Processed
The full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and message content you share via the contact form are processed. No other personal data is collected; this site uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Only a strictly necessary cookie remembering your language preference is stored.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of answering your request and contacting you about the service you requested; based on Article 5/2(c) of KVKK (being directly related to the establishment of a contract) and your explicit consent under Article 5/1.
4. Retention Period
Data submitted via the form is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your request is concluded; it is then deleted or anonymized. If your request turns into a commercial relationship, retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation apply.
5. Data Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties, not transferred abroad and not used for marketing. Data is seen only by the internal operations team as required by the service.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and object to processing. You may submit your requests via the e-mail address at the bottom of this page; your application will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
